I don't share any data collected with any third party.

Bookings

Bookings can be made online via the website
www.holidayspanish.co.uk 
or at the end of a lesson with me.

All lessons booked must be used within 3 months.

Payments

All payments need to be made by credit card or debit card 24 hours in advance.

Notification

Please give 24 hours notice via the contact page on my website
www.holidayspanish.co.uk/contact
to cancel / reschedule a lesson to prevent losing a paid lesson.

Refunds

All refunds have a £5 administration fee

A part of a lesson taken will be treated as a whole lesson used and therefore not refundable.

Refunds are made back to the same credit or debit card within 10 working days
